HAVE YOU RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL NOTICE IN THE MAIL?
On the very rare occasions NISSAN has had to conduct vehicle recalls due to individual product reliability or in the interest of ongoing customer satisfaction.
If this does occur, owners will be notifed by mail at their last known address. Therefore it is important to always keep your contact details up-to-date with us in the unlikely event your vehicle is recalled.
Owners should review the Current Recall Notice section of the NZ Transport Agency website, and where applicable contact us in order to arrange for inspection and wherever applicable rectification of their vehicle. This will be carried out at no charge to the owner of the vehicle.
A note in regard to IMPORTS:
Please be aware that information for imported vehicles is not readily available from the country of origin, therefore WE MAY NOT BE ABLE to provide this service for owners of imported vehicles. However, we will always endeavour to do our best to obtain this information, and we will advise you accordingly.
